Meet Charlotte Sweet - Head of Tutoring

Charlotte has 16 years’ experience working in the Primary Education sector, working as both a Deputy Head and Headteacher, and holds her National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH). Charlotte gained her MA in Child and Adolescent Mental Health in 2017 and has a particular passion for improving outcomes for disadvantaged learners to ensure equality of opportunity. Charlotte is a designated Specialist Leader of Learning with a specialism of Early Years Phonics and Literacy, and has worked as a senior mentor for ITT students.

Meet Amy Nel - NTP Project Coordinator

Amy is a secondary-qualified teacher of Religious Education with eight years of experience as a teacher and Head of Department at an all boys school in Luton. At Equal, Amy is responsible for recruiting qualified teachers and specialist tutors for our NTP offering, coordinating tutoring activities for schools, and ensuring impact data is gathered and feedback obtained effectively. Amy gained her BA in Religious Studies at Bangor University and her PGCE at UWTSD.
