A delegation of four Welsh educators, through a Welsh Government funded and Equal Education Partners facilitated working visit, recently concluded a transformative experience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as part of the esteemed Science & Engineering Programme for Teachers (SEPT).

During their time at MIT, these educators were immersed in a comprehensive programme designed to enrich their understanding of science and engineering education. From daily lectures by MIT scientists on cutting-edge research to hands-on workshops featuring innovative teaching methodologies, they gained invaluable knowledge and practical skills to enhance their teaching practices in preparation for the implementation of the new Curriculum for Wales and digital competence across all areas.
