New minimum rate of pay for qualified supply teachers!
Equal Education Partners is recommended by the new Welsh Government & NPS framework agreement for supply staffing in Wales across all 22 local authorities.
We are committed to paying the new increased minimum pay rate of £141.71 per day (PAYE paid monthly) for supply teachers from October 2021. This is essential and in line with the Welsh Government’s fair pay policy for supply teachers.
We are liaising closely with our schools, the NPS, Welsh Government, local authorities and schools to promote this to ensure that this pay increase is effective and fully implemented.
