We are delighted to announce that Equal Education Partners is implementing the Welsh Government’s daily pay rate increases for qualified teachers.
Effective from the 11th of November, we are acting quickly to pass on these increases ensuring our valued teaching staff can start benefiting from the increased rates without delay.
All qualified teachers working with us will now receive a minimum daily pay rate of £166.32, aligning with the full-time equivalent salary of £32,433 per annum.
Competitive pay is a key to delivering excellent education. Since day one, we’ve been committed to supporting our educators as best as possible.
Immediate implementation & additional payroll benefits
At Equal Education Partners, in addition to competitive rates of pay, our payroll processes are fair and transparent. We offer weekly and monthly pay options and operate our payroll internally, via PAYE (Pay As You Earn).
Importantly, we do not work with umbrella payroll companies, ensuring that our educators do not have to pay costly payroll processing fees and that they retain all of their net pay.
Why work with Equal Education Partners?
- Immediate implementation of increased pay rates in line with government policy.
- Dedicated experienced recruitment consultants to support you on a day-to-day basis
