Frameworks
Welsh Government & National Procurement Service (NPS) framework for education recruitment
Equal is recommended by the new Welsh Government & NPS framework agreement for supply staffing in Wales across all 22 local authorities. We are committed to paying the new increased minimum pay rate of £151.81 per day (paid via PAYE) for supply teachers. This is essential and in line with the Welsh Government’s fair pay policy for supply teachers. We are aware that a number of framework (and non-framework) providers are unwilling to commit to the new minimum pay rates. We are liaising closely with our schools, the NPS, Welsh Government, local authorities and schools to promote ethical employment of supply teachers and to ensure that these measures are fully implemented.
UK Government Department for Education (DfE) & Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework for education recruitment

Since August 2018, Equal has worked with dozens of schools across various parts of England to support their long-term and permanent recruitment needs for teaching professionals, administrative personnel, senior leaders and learning support staff.
