Equal Education Partners’ internal growth has continued with the hiring of Huw Jones, who joins us as Director of Recruitment. With over two decades of experience in education recruitment, Huw is seasoned expert ready to power the next phase of Equal’s exciting growth.
Huw assumes a pivotal role overseeing all recruitment activities at Equal. This includes supporting the further growth of our Swansea-based recruitment team, led by Kelly Whiteway, expanding the reach of our temporary staffing service into new locations, and accelerating the growth of our permanent division. Huw will also lead internal hiring to further growth across all areas of the company.
Huw’s extensive knowledge of the sector and forward-thinking approach will be instrumental in our ongoing mission of connecting talented educational professionals with the schools and education organisations that require their expertise.
